We value you as a member of our family and care about your satisfaction. So, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it hassle-free for a full refund. Unless faulty, we would like this to be within 14 days of purchase. We do not give full refunds on our Well-being packages due to you having full access to all our hypnotherapy files. We will however review each case and will replace or refund damaged goods.

It's important that any returned item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. Please make sure you keep hold of your proof of purchase, as you’ll need this for us to process your refund.

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email us or call us so we can assist you. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods. We are unable to cover returns costs if the items are not faulty.
